India's steel exports to the European market growth significantly, and gradually strengthen the position in the European market.

From April to May this year, Indian steel exports were 1.479 million tons, up 63.5% year on year, of which doubling to European steel exports to 1.38 million tons. Among the top five exporters, Europe has three, they are Italy, Belgium, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates and Indonesia. Italian shipments, the first place in Italy, for the 205,000 tons, compared with 68,000 tons over the same period last year increased by 2 times; Belgium 173,600 tons, 1.3 times; the United Arab Emirates 106,700 tons, by 69%; Spain 103,300 tons , 3.7 times; Indonesia 8.47 million tons, 2.7 times. And in the first five years of exports last year, Europe only Italy, followed by the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Nepal and the Republic of Bangladesh. Belgian imports have increased, possibly by Indian steel passing through the port of Antwerp to other European countries, Italy and Spain benefiting from the growing construction and the auto industry, and demand remains strong. At the same time, Indonesia became India's new steel import growth, from 21.3 million tons last year to 84,700 tons, mostly for the billet imports.

By the impact of anti-dumping, Chinese steel withdraw from the European market, which gives Indian steel mills to provide export opportunities. A Indian trader says they can now export to Europe without worrying about competing with Chinese products.
