Egypt imposes temporary import duties on Chinese steel

Egyptian Ministry of Trade on Tuesday (6) issued a statement that has been from China, Turkey and Ukraine rebar imposed temporary import tariffs to protect domestic manufacturers.
The Ministry of Trade said that China's steel import tariff rate of 17%, the Turkish steel tax rate of 10-19%, the Ukrainian steel tax rate of 15-27%. The decision is valid for four months, but it is not clear when it will take effect.
